Coaching Excellence Program

Our academy is committed to developing young footballers by enhancing their technical skills, tactical awareness, and overall growth in the game. Through dedicated training, we foster their potential, instilling discipline, teamwork, and a passion for excellence on and off the field.

Discovery Phase Ages 5 -7 years

Our Discovery Phase focuses on a positive introduction to football, providing fundamental moves in a fun learning environment. This will help develop key social and cognitive skills needed to link the fundamentals and how to apply them to football in the next stage of their development.

Foundation Phase Ages 8 - 10 years

Our Foundation Phase develops how to link fundamental moves to the technical side of the game. Players will develop the Burbage Football Academy technical fundamentals: ball control, passing and receiving and goal scoring in an environment where they are encouraged to take risks, express themselves and solve problems.

Our Youth Development Phase will develop individual understanding of when and where to apply the Burbage Football Academy technical fundamentals of the game. Next, we focus on developing teamwork in more competitive environments.
